Happy Monday, friends! I don’t know about you, but it look us a little longer to get up and going this morning so momma is gonna need alllll the coffee today. We had planned to put up our Christmas tree last night so I could see what all we need for decorations and such, but we hit a bit of a snag. Since our house flooded in October, everything that was stored downstairs was ruined and had to be thrown out…including every bit of our Christmas decor so we’re having to start from scratch this year. 🤪 Per our luck lately, we opened our brand new tree only to find they sent us the wrong boxes so we’re missing half of the darn thing! They’re sending us the correct parts so hopefully we can get started on it soon. It’s fine. I’m fine. We’re all fine. Not gonna lose my marbles…even though I’m already close to it! 😂
Anyway, on to this outfit! Since I can’t have my Christmas tree up yet then I’ll just dress like one. Haha! No, but this outfit is so me when it comes to cooler weather looks. I recently spent some time in the Topshop section at Nordy’s because they have soooo many good things right now. Their pieces are very designer inspired, but also really affordable. Most of their coats are $150 and under, and the quality is incredible for the price. This coat, in particular, is one of them. It’s thick and structured, and I love the olive color. It also comes in Ivory and Rust, and those colors are just as gorgeous! They also have a great selection of sweaters like this, this, and this one. I also LOVE this sweater dress, and it comes in four different colors. It would be great with tights and booties when it gets really cold!
This green skirt isn’t an exact match to the coat, but when you’re styling a monochromatic look, it doesn’t have to be the same shade of color. I think pairing together different shades of the same color actually make it a more interesting look but still cohesive. The skirt also come in a gorgeous navy and hits below the knee with a high slit, and I am so excited to style it too!

I snapped a quick pic of some of their accessories because their handbags are amazing. Several of them are under $50, and they are some of the best high end inspired bags I’ve seen. Oh and snag this beanie! Ya’ll saw me wear it a ton last year and it’s back and only $26!

If I didn’t already have something similar, I would have gotten one of these faux fur collar coats! They are currently marked down 40% off and come in three colors. Like I said, they have a great selection of coats, sweaters, and just fun statement pieces that don’t break the bank!
