Happy Monday, friends! This is Nicholas’ first full week of kindergarten, and we are slowly adjusting to our new routine, filling out ALL the paperwork, and trying to adjust to him being gone all day every day. It makes me a little sad, but I’m also excited for this one on one time I get to spend with Ella, and it allows me such a bigger window to get so much done!
Anyway, I’m excited to share this dress with y’all because it’s an affordable find, and the print + side slit + ruffle detail is just too cute! This is a great option to wear now where it’s still warm (talking to you Arkansas and Texas peeps) and will make a great transitional dress into fall. I styled it two ways to show it’s versatility…it’s great dressed up with heels or booties (these are SO flattering and comfortable) and also with sneakers and a faux leather jacket (this one is on sale!) for a colder weather, more casual look. I’m packing it for our trip to Florida next week, and I’m sure will be wearing it with sandals, but as soon as we get back the temps will probably be a lot cooler so I’ll throw on a jacket (denim or leather) for date night or girls’ night out!
