Oh Nashville, how I love you!! Some girlfriends and I recently took a trip to Music City to celebrate Rachel’s second year of turning the big 4-0 (last year robbed her a bit!) and to shoot some fun pieces from a few boutiques we love. To say this trip was a blast would be an understatement! We have all connected thanks to the internet, we each live in different states, and for some of us….hadn’t even met in person until our weekend in Nashville. You never would have guessed it though! We instantly meshed like we’d been friends since college and truly had the most amazing time together. That’s one beautiful thing about the internet I’ll always appreciate….it connects you to people you otherwise probably never would have met and allows you to find dear friends that you know you’ll have for a lifetime. Crazy how life works out like that sometimes! Okay, I know that’s enough sappy talk, let’s chat about Nashville!

Allure Luxury Rentals hosted us in their Aldean Ave property, and it was gorgeous. It’s a spacious three level town home with a clean and modern aesthetic, and it has an amazing rooftop area with views of downtown Nashville. Drinking your coffee in the morning while taking in views of the city was the perfect way to start the day. They also have properties that will be available soon in Denver and Scottsdale! My dad and step mom were in Nashville celebrating their 20th anniversary the same time as us so they actually picked me up from the airport and brought me to the house! What are the odds!

Thanks to Bleached Babes and Dos Femmes we had the cutest graphic tees and the most festive earrings that were perfect for our day down on Broadway. That’s where you’ll find tons of bars with live music, open air buses with one bachelorette party after another making their way down the street, and overall just a bunch of people having a really good time. You’ll see everything from casual t-shirts and jean shorts to over the top outfits with sequins, western boots, and cowboy hats. It is so much fun, and definitely something you’ll want to experience when in Nashville!

We kicked off our first full day with lunch at RH Courtyard, and I knew it would not disappoint! I’ve been to the one in NYC and knew we had to fit this into our schedule because the food is unbelievable, and you’re literally getting to eat inside Restoration Hardware surrounded by all of their beautiful furniture. Can we say every girl’s dream?? Whether it’s in Nashville or any of their other locations, this is a reservation you will absolutely want to make and a dining experience you do not want to miss. Their avocado toast is everything!
Even the entryway to the restroom was completely glamorous. Every inch of that place is goals!
We went to Adele’s for dinner and oh my goodness, their menu was amazing too! I never knew a kale salad could be so full of flavor. We basically ate off of each other’s plates, and everything we ordered was so good. Be warned, their spicy margaritas are no joke though. 😅

We went to Live Oak which was right down the street from Adele’s to listen to some live music, and it was such a good time. My parents were there the night before, which is still so funny to me that our paths were so intertwined throughout this trip. The girl that performed was so talented and entertaining, and she had us dancing in front of the stage in no time! Our uber driver gave us a little tour on our way home, and we got to stop for a pic at Garth Brooks’ recording studio. Not creepy at all during the midnight hour. 😂 Actually, I’m sure security cameras have seen way more interesting things than us!

Saturday was such a fun day because we got to shoot content with the so very talented, Jessica Sheppard, and afterwards we went to Broadway to dive into all of the wild and craziness of Nashville. IT WAS THE BEST TIME!!! I’ve never seen so many bachelorette parties (most on buses) in all my life! There was never a moment that you didn’t hear great music or weren’t entertained by something or someone in front of you. We stopped at Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row (which was huge!) and we loved it. They had bands on multiple floors, a rooftop with tons of seating and overlooked Broadway, and the atmosphere was filled with people letting loose and just enjoying life. It felt like the world was normal for once, and everyone was so nice and happy. I could have stayed there the rest of the night!
We ended our trip with a nice dinner at Kayne Prime, and if you’re a steak lover like me, you’ll want to add this spot to your list. The service, the menu…it was all amazing, and I didn’t even have to request any A1 sauce! That’s when you know the food is good! It’s an upscale restaurant so it was nice to get really dressed up for our most formal part of the trip.

I’m not sure when I’ll get back to Nashville, but I already know it won’t be soon enough. We had so much fun, and it is such an amazing destination for a trip with your girlfriends! She has such a good eye, and I’ll always treasure these pictures and the time I had with Rachel, Michele, Ruthie, and Kristina.
