Long time no chat, friends! I consider this blog my third baby, and the poor thing has been so neglected lately! We’re trying to adjust to this new school year with half the time in school, half the time virtual learning so priorities have shifted a bit, but I’m hoping once we figure out a groove with school, I’ll have more opportunities to get back to a regular posting schedule on here. I miss doing these blog posts, and now that fall is here I cannot miss out on this golden time for fashion trends because it is my favorite season to style!!
Anyway, I teamed up with some of my girlfriends on Instagram this week to do a Target Share Week, and I have to say, Target is killing it these days. They are carrying some great fall trends like puff sleeves and midi skirts in addition to really good sweaters/cardigans, blazers, and graphic tees. I was so impressed with all of their options when deciding on what to highlight for this haul. Hopefully this post will leave you with some fall fashion inspo at an affordable price point!
HAT // SWEATER (M) // DENIM (TTS) // BOOTIES // SUNGLASSES
These chenille sweaters are so soft and truly a great staple for the fall season. They feel similar to Barefoot Dreams sweaters so it’s comfortable and cute, and that is what I live for these days. Also, this flat brim fedora is the best dupe for the Lack of Color rancher hats, so if you’ve been looking for an affordable option, this is it. It’s only $44!
FAUX LEATHER JACKET (S) // COWL NECK BODYSUIT (M) // SKIRT (S) // SOCK BOOTIES // NECKLACE
In love with the flow of this skirt and the color! The midi skirt trend is hot right now and you can style it so many ways. To make it more casual you can throw on a graphic tee and sneakers, or add a sweater with a front tuck or knotted for an easy brunch look.
DRESS (S) // BELT (Mine is size 90, but I could have done 80 or 85) // BOOTS (these are from a few seasons ago, but this year’s version from same brand is HERE)
BLAZER (S) // GRAPHIC TEE (L -runs small) // DENIM // SNEAKERS
Blazers are another trend I have gravitated to lately, and this one is very similar to others I’ve seen at high end retailers. It’s a little longer, and would look great with the sleeves rolled up, denim and heels for date night!
SWEATER DRESS (S) // KNEE HIGH BOOTS // NECKLACE
Target has been so on point this season with fun trends, and that includes statement sleeves. The puff sleeve on this dress isn’t too dramatic, but just enough to give the dress a little more interest. OBSESSED!
MIDI DRESS (S) // DENIM JACKET // SNEAKERS
For an elevated errands look (if we even care for that these days), I love this midi dress. It’s lightweight and looks super cute with sneakers and a crossbody bag, but can easily be dressed up with pumps or boots and a leather jacket. It’s flattering too, which is major so you still feel comfortable wearing it.
BABYDOLL DRESS (M) // FAUX LEATHER JACKET (S) // COMBAT BOOTS (SIMILAR HERE) // NECKLACE
FLANNEL (M – it runs short so I sized up) // LEGGINGS (M) // BOOTIES
These booties have been my go to for a basic ankle boot that goes with everything. They’re currently $20 off with code ITSFALLYALL!
CORDUROY DRESS (S) // OFF THE SHOULDER TOP (S) // OTK BOOTS
ELLA’S OUTFIT – DRESS // BOOTS // BOWS
Twinning with my girl is always my favorite! This corduroy jumper gives me all the 90’s vibes, and I just love it.
