Happy Wednesday, friends! I’m finally getting around to sharing the other look from my shoot with Allison McCafferty Photography in the city a few weeks ago. Birthdays and illness have made February a bit of a crazy month, so I’m excited to share this before we transition into spring!
I’ve been really into neutrals lately, which is ironic because colorful statement pieces are usually what I gravitate to the most. Sometimes I think you just feel like changing it up a bit, and even though this look is pretty much the same color palette, it still represents my style and has some flare. This faux fur coat is SO gorgeous!! It’s luxurious, warm, and so soft. I wore it in NYC a few weeks ago, and it kept me from freezing to death! Most areas are starting to warm up and feel more like spring so a faux fur coat isn’t on everyone’s radar right now, but this one is more of an investment piece and it’s on sale. If you’re looking for something like this to have next year or going on a trip somewhere with winter weather, this is a perfect opportunity to grab a high quality faux fur coat that’s marked down substantially! I truly can’t say enough good things about it! This top and these booties are great options to transition into spring. The top does run a tad short, but it’s beautiful and feminine, and I think it looks great with high waisted jeans or shorts. I also found a similar handbag to this one that I’ve carried all winter, and it’s another great spring option!
