I’m sure it’s pretty apparent that maxi dresses are just my thing this season. I love fashion, but I also really love convenience and sometimes I just want to put something on without really having to style together several pieces to create a look. This striped dress from Chicwish is such a great option if you’re like me and want to quickly grab something that looks cute for the day or especially if you’re looking for something for vacation. The stripes and tassels on the bottom are so fun, and it would be perfect for the beach!
Funny story though, when I put this dress on, I couldn’t figure out why there were two extra strings hanging in the back. Well, that’s because it’s not supposed to be a tie halter…you’re supposed to tie together the strings over each shoulder! 😂 I didn’t even realize I was wearing it wrong until I saw the product photos! But I guess you could wear it as a halter too because it worked in this case! I have a fuller bust, and this still gave me great coverage wearing it like I did and even wearing it the way it’s shown on the website. That was a big plus for me since I don’t need the girls hanging out for everyone to see. They also just released a little girl’s version so I had to get one for Ella too! Matching with her is one of my favorite things so I can’t wait to see her in a mini version of this dress!
Also, these earrings were such a fun Amazon find. They are great quality, and they resemble the bamboo bag trend that everyone is loving right now!
