1.Clear Bag For Travel Liquids (TSA Approved) – If you want a bag you can reuse for your liquids while going through security this is a good one. It’s cute, durable, and you don’t have to worry about zip lock baggies anymore!
2. Kids’ Headphones – These had really good reviews and were an add on with the tablet. You can decorate them with stickers, and they come in several colors.
3. Makeup Case – Everyone under the sun has been raving about this makeup case, and after getting it I can totally see why. It’s an awesome case that fits everything in little compartments, and it’s the perfect depth so that it’s not too big and bulky. It comes in multiple colors too!
4. Amazon Fire Tablets – In the past, we have used our iPad to keep Nicholas entertained, but now that Ella is old enough to appreciate technology, she needed something to watch as well. So I decided to leave the iPad at home and get them both an Amazon Tablet. I am loving it so far! It has so many activities for kids, you can set time limits on it, and they can watch their favorite shows and movies. There’s currently a deal going on where you get $50 off if you buy two, and it’s such an affordable option for a tablet in my opinion.
5. Assortment of Charging Cords – These are just an absolute necessity when traveling.
6. Travel Wallet – If you saw my IG stories recently, then you know how much I LOVE this travel wallet. I’ve had it for years, and it has held up so well. It keeps all of your travel documents and identification cards organized, and it’s been the most used item I’ve ever traveled with. It comes in several colors, and you can have it monogrammed! Y’all know this southern girl loves anything you can put your initials on. 😂
7. Double Stroller – We had the single version of this with Nicholas so after we had Ella, we got the double version and have been very happy with it. It collapses very small and doesn’t take up a lot of room, it’s lightweight, and Nicholas who is five still fits comfortably in it. It doesn’t have a cup holder, but it does have pouches behind their heads that I’m able to put my drink in.
8. Anker Portable Charger – I’ve heard great things about this particular charger so I ordered it for our trip. The last thing I need is the kids’ tablet going dead mid flight!
9. Designer Dupe Toiletry Bag – I found this on my hunt for updating our travel essentials and thought it was so cute! It’s such a good designer dupe and there’s also the handbag, coin pouch, and makeup bag to match.
10. Monogrammed Carry On Bag – I usually carry this backpack when we travel through airports, but I was needing something that could fit my computer along with the snacks for the kids, my jewelry bag, diapers, extra clothes, etc. and I looked everywhere for the right one. Several of the ones I found were $150 + which is fine, but when I came across this one, I was like that’s the one! It’s currently on sale for under $50, can also be monogrammed (several fonts and colors to choose from), and it has a ton of other travel bags that match it!
11. Packing Cubes – I started off with these cubes, and I’m very happy with them. However, I needed more and found this more affordable option that actually has more bags. There is nothing more peaceful for my stressed out pre-traveling brain than knowing all of our stuff is organized so I’m excited to use these for the first time!
12. Set of Puff Stickers – I still couldn’t tell you why these stickers are better than all the others, but they keep my kids entertained for hours! Perfect for keeping them quiet and content on the plane.
13. Car Seat Cover – When we have to bring Ella’s car seat with us, this cover has been our favorite. You can wear it as a backpack (I’ve worn it and carried Ella through the airport so it’s not too heavy), and it’s a sturdy material that protects your car seat from all it has to endure with all the other checked luggage.
Something I added last minute that isn’t on the list above is this jewelry organizer. I usually throw my necklaces and bracelets in a random jewelry bag and just hope to untangle them when I get to wherever I’m going. I’m hoping this will help me stay and feel organized throughout this trip!

Hey Tara,
I am not able to pull up the makeup case and I really need a better travel one then what I currently use. Can you send me the info so I can do an amazon search?
Thanks 😉
