I must admit….polka dots having such a moment could not have come at a better time! Ella’s second birthday party is this weekend, and we’re doing a Minnie Mouse theme so naturally I’ve been on the lookout for what to wear. Polka dots and Minnie pretty much go hand in hand so when I found this jumpsuit, I knew it would be a great option for her party. I also found these pants, and the fit was so darn cute I had to get them too because I couldn’t figure out which one I wanted to wear! I’ve decided I’ll save the jumpsuit for her birthday since it’s a little more dressy. I love these pants paired with a graphic tee and denim jacket for a more casual look. It’s fun because it combines a little edginess with the playfulness of the polka dots and creates the perfect balance.
I recently discovered Ell And Emm and love her line of graphic tees and sweatshirts. They have the look of the high end designer tees without the heavy price tag. This sweatshirt has been one of my favorites to thrown on for running errands, and this one is super cute with a pair of denim and white sneakers.
I have a ton to do for Ella’s party so I’m off to tackle some of this mile long list! I’ll be sure and share all the details from her Minnie Mouse birthday. I still just can’t believe my little girl is going to be TWO!!
