Hi, friends! As most of you know, my girlfriend and I were in New York City this past weekend, and I got tons of questions about this look I wore to dinner so I thought I’d put up a full post all about it! I’ll be doing a full post about our trip and all the details of where we went and where we ate, but I thought this outfit was definitely worth mentioning in more detail.
For the longest, I’ve been dreaming of an all white look in the city, and this was the perfect opportunity to make it come to life! I’ve been searching for an elegant pair of white flowy pants, and this pair was just what I wanted. They aren’t see through, which can sometimes be hard to find with white pants, and I love the high waist. I found this lace top, and when I put them together, I knew it was exactly the look I was going for. There’s just something so classy and feminine about an all white look! This lace top comes with a nude camisole so you don’t have to worry about it being too revealing, and the slight puff in the shoulder adds a little more detail that gives it that little something extra.
Since it was FREEZING, this faux fur coat was absolutely necessary! It comes in several colors (I have it in blue, but I forgot to pack that one), and it’s such a classic and elegant coat. I added this handbag to finish off the look with a little pop of color. It was an early birthday gift from my hubby, and the color is very similar to my birthstone so it couldn’t have been more appropriate!
