After a super busy weekend, I’m finally getting to talk about this look! We flew home to Arkansas on Thursday, and we hit the ground running with visiting family, parades, and a wedding so getting to sit down and gush about this oversize sweater that I love so much has been quite the task!
Oversize sweaters are really on trend this season and something I always seem to be reaching for these days. Free People is known for their slouchy/oversized looks, and they have mastered the ability to make it look chic and effortless. I love this particular sweater by Free People because the quality is superior, it is thick and cozy, and it comes in several different colors! The orchid color immediately caught my attention, and it is even more beautiful in person. I styled it with my favorite leggings (seriously, the BEST leggings ever made!!!) and these leopard print booties, but you can honestly wear this sweater so many different ways. It can be paired with jeans and heels or even a skirt with over the knee boots. As the temperatures start to drop, I can guarantee you’ll probably see me in this sweater and also this sweater more often than I’ll want to admit!
I can’t end this post without giving a shout out to these amazing booties! I mean, how gorgeous is that print?! I can say from personal experience they actually are really comfortable considering the heel height. They run true to size so no need to size up or down. Vince Camuto never disappoints, and these booties were proof of that! Did I mention they are on sale for under $100?? Run…don’t walk….and get these babies in your closet!
