Grommet Sleeve Sweater

Happy Saturday! Can you believe the cooler weather is finally here? Well, sort of. We are headed to the beach next week (Long Beach Island), and I’m starting to think we waited a little too late to go. I think I’ve packed more sweatshirts than t-shirts! Hopefully, we’ll have some warmer days so I won’t need earmuffs while building sand castles with the kids. Ha!

Speaking of cooler weather, this outfit I wore yesterday was so appropriate for the temperature outside! Funny story…Lee and I went to the Promenade after he got off work to shoot this look. We had a nice lady get up from her table at a nearby restaurant to ask if I was a model and if Lee was a professional photographer (as he’s standing there in his scrubs). Haha! We are hardly either one of those, but we got a good laugh because she was totally serious. I love this sweater so much, I have it in both the pink and black! Grommets are really in right now so at $32, it was an easy purchase. My jeans are also on sale and have such a flattering fit. I had to size down one and probably could have even gone down two sizes due to the stretch. This floppy hat is perfect for fall and comes in four colors! If I didn’t already have other hats that are similar, I’d get all of the colors available. It’s $39 and that’s a great price point for a good quality hat. Last, but certainly not least, these leopard flats are so good! Leopard print is considered a neutral, so you can honestly wear them with anything! They have more of a pointed toe than my other pair so they can be paired with more dressy pieces, which I love.
